The categories on this site are centred around my love of international language, culture and communication in the 21st Century. Nearly 15 years as an internet entrepreneur will no doubt flavour my writing more so than when I was co-writing a book on corporate governance back in 1997-8. That said, I’ve always been interested in technology – or rather in what technology can do for me (as opposed to the other way round!) and how I can harness it to improve the lives of others.

It is my sincerest wish that through the evolution of this site and content, I can make a difference to people’s lives all over the world and help others to help themselves instead of relying on dysfunctional systems of governance, finance and hand-outs.
